As Ampersand Law celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2026, we have moved from a hybrid model to a fully virtual law firm. All meetings, except for document-signing appointments, will now be held remotely via Zoom or phone. This enhances flexibility, convenience, and accessibility while maintaining the high standard of legal service that has defined us for the past decade.

This decision follows careful consideration. We began offering Zoom consultations in January 2020, and during the pandemic, they became our sole option. Even after resuming in-person meetings in 2023, about half of new clients continued to choose virtual meetings. Feedback shows that the virtual experience matches in-person meetings in all aspects except location. Many clients also prefer virtual meetings because they reduce time away from work and family.

We recognize that virtual meetings may not suit everyone. Ensuring our firm is the right fit for each client remains more important to us than maximizing client numbers, as an unhappy client benefits no one. For some prospective clients, this transition to virtual-only consultations may mean another firm is a better fit.

As we begin this next chapter, we remain committed to delivering exceptional legal services with the same care and dedication that have defined us for the past ten years.
